HYQ-6ZJ and HYQ-15ZJ mini drill are pneumatically top drive drilling rig. The rotation of drill rig is driven by air motor, the hoisting and pulling down of drill rig is completed by man power. The rig is installed with safety, caution and environmental protection signs, and it meets with the requirement of HSE.
The weight of hand hold parts is only 20kg without drilling tools.
Air for driving two units of HYQ-6ZJ could be supplied by one unit of air compressor station, such as Atlas Copco XAS97 (5.4 cubic meter per min, 0.5-0.7 Mpa), which is lifted by helicopter.
Or one HYQ-6ZJ must work together with two sets of man portable air compressor modules driven by two 19hp diesel engines.
The drilling rig has nominated performance: in the area that altitude 0-3000m above sea level, -10℃and +40℃ambient temperature in dusty environment.
